台達PLC變速脈波輸出寫法

台達PLC有提供一指令"DDRVI"，搭配旗標"M1119", 並配合資料暫存器，各自將兩組頻率與輸出脈波數，填入連續之資料暫存器內，即可讓使用者可進行兩段速連續脈波輸出(如下圖)
(Ps:此指令目前僅支援DVP28SV韌體版本2.0(含)以上之機型)

使用減速機加大伺服的負載能力

在機械系統上，減速機除了改變終端與速度端的速度比之外，還能夠降低終端慣量。其公式如下：

舉個例子來說，若是負載慣量為1000Kgm2；使用5比減速機，則慣量就縮小為40 Kgm2；使用10比減速機，則慣量縮小為10 Kgm2。

相同的機構下，如果機台操作速度固定，則馬達需要輸出的扭力也隨慣量減少而減少，但需要考慮是否馬達已達轉速上限(3000RPM or 5000RPM)
如馬達轉速上有餘裕的情況下，選用適當的減速機，不但能降低慣量，將馬達轉速提升，並且可選用低一級的馬達，來達到最佳化搭配。
