折床機其實也只是2軸的CNC

Brake machine is actually only 2-axis CNC

一軸送料，另一個軸控制下壓量

重點在於加工件的材料、厚度，會有不同的彈性系數。

Focused on the processed material, thickness，

have different elasticity.

好的折床機控制器可以把加工件的材料、厚度考慮進去，並加以補正。

Good Brake Controller can calculate processed material, thickness into account, and make corrections.

原理簡單，但要收集所有的資料，卻是不容易的事。

HOME點擋片長度計算

(正、負極限也一樣)

條件：

1.10 mm/轉

2.最高速=3000轉/min

3.加減速=100ms

計算：

10(mm/r) x 3000 (r/min) =30000(mm/min)

30000 (mm/min) / 60 s = 500 (mm/s)

500 (mm/s) / 1000 = 0.5 (mm/ms)

最小擋片長度=0.5 (mm/ms) x 100 ms / 2 = 25mm ~~50 mm~~

雕刻印章的機器，

就是在電腦當中，先編輯好文字內容，

電腦再把路徑圖規劃好，

再給機器來開始雕刻。

有X、Y、Z(深度)，加上主軸
