水刀 是利用高壓來切割物體,
水也屬於常溫,所以不會改變被加工物的特性。
火焰切割 是利用火焰來熔化加工物,
來達到切割加工物的目的。
所以水刀屬於低溫切割。比較不會改變加工物的物理特性。
而火焰切割屬於高溫切割,會影響到加工物的物理特性。
但火焰切割比較方便,設備較簡易。
而水刀需要高壓設備,如果是加砂水刀,砂也會影響到環境。

什麼是CNC?
CNC = 電腦數值控制(Computer Numerical Control)= 數控

還是看不懂 ^.^!
看起你的手機,如果是屬於金屬一體成型的機殼,
就有可能是CNC機台所製做的。
一開始可能只是一整塊金屬,再慢慢加工成為手機殼,
這就是CNC的應用之一。(銑床,雕銑機)
1.要把多餘的部份去除掉,就要用鑽頭
2.鑽頭怎麼知道那些該去除?這就要用到3D軟體來輔助,把去除的部份標示出來。
3.鑽頭只是一個點,而去除是一個大區塊,所以要路徑。
(就好像拿一支蠟筆,要用一張紙塗滿,要考慮到蠟筆的大小,還有最短路徑....等等。)
4.有路徑後,給CNC設備,就可以執到切削的功能了。
以上的例子,只是說明,CNC設備其實是著重在路徑的移動控制,不管是鑽頭、還是刀具。
